Cobogó House

Characterized by the arrangement between the wooden covering on the floor upstairs and the cobogós on the ground floor, the Cobogó house has the DNA of countryside. From a design point of view, its cobogós serve as a delicate filter between the exterior and interior of the house, allowing a filtered view of what it goes outside. Its steel structure shows the strength of the building and divides the two volumes of the architectural program that add up to 228 m² of construction. Each of the blocks has an accessible green roof and are articulated by a central living area and the beautiful swimming pool with natural stones and green wall.

The flow system brings the areas of conviviality into the dining and living rooms, enabling a connection of the resident with green at all times. On the first floor of the cobogó house, access to the stairs and the walkway it connects to the suite and the two bedrooms offer large balconies. the balconies visually communicate with the pool and green areas, integrating the entire house vertically and offering the resident a sense of freedom and space, which you can also enjoy the terrace with hot tub and a grassy area with 100 square meters.
