Ilheus Building

Result of a partnership between SKBO and Lamary architects, Residencial das Artes is a well located building with two and three bedroom apartments and the incredible landscape of the beach of Ilhéus.

The building has forty-eight apartments on each floor, eight 63m² units. The main inspiration for the project was to make the beauty of the natural landscape part of the daily lives of its residents, seeking a comfortable and simple lifestyle, but rich in exuberance.
