Wood House

The contemporary design of Casa Madeira has a light structure in coated steel with 5 cm wooden louvers arranged vertically and laser cut, which envelop the entire upper floor, composing a formal balance. With its 270m², the house is spread over two floors. and is characterized by the sociability of the common areas and the privacy of the interior spaces. The main access is framed and enhanced by a vegetable wall that extends from the main facade to the living room, inviting residents and visitors inside.

The dining and living rooms articulate with the area green in the background and connect with the pool lined with natural stones. The house's kitchen is accessible to the front facade, facilitating service access. On the second floor, the hall between the bedrooms and suites is covered by a large wooden and glass pergola, which serves as the inner courtyard of the house and expands the feeling of space. The wooden design and the louvers are repeated inside the rooms, where they help reduce heat stroke and outside noise. THE horseshoe-shaped terrace develops around the pergola and offers a large lawn with hot tub and recreation area.
