Casa 500, designed in partnership with the architect Jordano Valota, was designed to optimize the corner site in which it is located. The building consists of two volumes in a mirrored “L” shape, creating a dynamism and sensation of integration between the spaces, promoting the use of the common areas.
Due to the garage being in the basement, the ground floor is best utilized with the integration of social areas (living and dining room, kitchen and pool area). The first floor is accessed through a wall fixed stair and where the four bedrooms of the house are located. The main bedroom, with an integrated closet, has an external connection to the balcony,
