CTI Building

Edf. CTI, in Bairro do Comércio, has the largest green facade in northeast Brazil, over 300m², but this is just one of several sustainable initiatives applied. This retrofit, using pre existing buildings in a protected area, sought to integrate technological innovations and sustainability in the search for comfort, efficiency and a different look that attracts the passers-by and users.
