A multifamily residential building developed in partnership between SKBO and Lamary Arquitetos, combining apartments with coworking space and a garden rooftop terrace.
Horizontal lines define the façade, echoing the wide ocean horizon of Ilhéus' beaches, while a large tiled panel frames the composition and gives the building its own Brazilian identity.
